Rajesh Nagarajan specializes in general litigation, criminal law and animal rights laws, with a distinguished track record of handling several high-profile cases. His practice spans a diverse array of clients, including developers, multinational corporations, government-linked companies, consortiums, and contractors. Rajesh has successfully represented these clients across various stages of litigation, from trial courts to the Court of Appeal, as well as in arbitration proceedings.
Before co-founding Messrs Raj & Sach, Rajesh honed his legal skills in the General Litigation Department of Azman Davidson & Co. Rajesh has also represented clients in relation to constitutional matters at the highest level including human rights, animal rights, orang asli rights and environmental rights.
